I really like headline like: "Snow, fog cause 34-car pileup outside Denver".
Here it was not even the automobiles fault, but the weathers.  It certainly
was not an excess of speed for the conditions!   At least in the story they
mention that speed was a factor.

A better headline might read: "Nationwide low standards in driver training
and testing cause 34-car pileup outside Denver."
