The White Industries ENO (= "one" backward) eccentric axle hub works quite
well, though as a flip flop you are limited to about a 2 tooth difference in
cog sizes, compared to up to five or six teeth with long horizontals. But
the whole point of fixed is not shifting ....

(Also, if you use a rear brake, you might have to fiddle with pad adjustment
with the ENO, but a fixed really needs only a front.)
