I remember when there was no security. Being a Union Job, we would  
get rained out and I would wander the halls of the US Capital, eat  
lunch in the Congressional Cafeteria, check out the art work.

I bet they have a painting and or sculpture of every person who has  
ever served there. There was one time I was asked to leave and  
escorted to an exit.   I just went back in via another entrance.

Now that I think of it there was the time that someone took a dump  
under the Presidents podium , a sealed room full of electronics. The  
FBI questioned each and every worker on the Inaugural Stands over the  
next couple of says.
