I had to look it up Ken. The 4 degree bridge ramp is roughly a 7% grade according to -- The Slope of a Road http://www.1728.com/gradient.htm Calculator, formulas and explanations. I'm considering something inexpensive for my bicycle -- Angle Finder for $5 http://www.harborfreight.com/dial-gauge-angle-finder-34214.html I'm figuring on looking it up on a DIY chart for converting degrees to percent grade. I'm willing to try it. -Mark Hoagy On 2/12/2011 9:15 PM, Ken Steinbeck wrote: > If you REALLY have to know, my Droid has an ap on it that will tell > you that. > > http://www.palmbeachbiketours.com/droid-incredible-a-bridge-and-a-blader/ > On Sat, 12 Feb 2011 17:18:02 -0600, MH<hoagy-OlwQ/[email protected]> wrote: > >> Do people really care what percent the grade of a road is >> when reading a journel at Crazy Guy on a Bike? >> >> This is pricey but some like it -- >> >> Sky Mounti Inclinometer for bicycles >> $30 http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000PHO6K8 >> >> Thank you for your thoughts, >> -Mark Hoagy > -- > [email protected] > www.palmbeachbiketours.com/ > www.capecentralhigh.com/ > >
