Yes, a pretty small and lightweight tool. It just slides underneath the
staple and when squeezed ( like using a pair of scissors) the staple just
reverses and pops out. Completely painless.

If I recall there's a(nother) unit needed for staple removal, otherwise
prying them off could mess up the intended neatness :(
