Oh yes, I am sure I can too, but since I don't shave my legs, it is purely hypothetical. However, back in the 90s, before there were laws against this sort of thing, I was perfectly capable of talking on my mobile, eating, drinking and smoking all while driving down the motorway between Amsterdam and Brussels.
