if she does not go to jail....
she should loose her driving privileges....for a very long time....no 30
days...
but for a very very very long time....and her vehicle should be
impounded....
i bet her vehicle was never impounded ...since it was the murder weapon...
if a pistol or a rifle was used in a murder....that weapon would have been
impounded...
has her vehicle been impounded???
