Not in AZ. Here they often encourage firearm use. A few years ago a man shot a
mountain biker in an area out in the desert, but where there are always people.
I've ridden there many times myself and I know people who stay there all winter
long in trailers. There were other people waving arms and yelling to stop
shooting. The man shot was permanently injured. He was a peace officer of some
kind.

What was the response of the county DA? No charges. That's right, none, zero,
nada.

The stories about AZ being a toxic place are true. There are many, many, good
people here, but the nutjobs are in charge.

if a pistol or a rifle was used in a murder....that weapon would have been
impounded...
