while diggings around the net I saw a Costa Rican travel site that did sell
the bikes, but I think it was something like $700 plus shipping from costa
rica to your state.  Thats way more than I would like to pay.  Bentley
Railbikes has plans they sell for $25.  I would try to build one first then
when all else fails try to find the turist site that sells them.
