Re: Dear LBS

One of the problems with stocking parts is that there are so many
variables.  HOWEVER, most LBS' (our included) should be happy to order you
what you want.  Most of us can get things within a day or two or even
overnight if necessary.

Special orders are an important part of the small bike shop's business IMHO.
