> I can understand your opinion but every circumstance is different and to draw a blank conclusion that an accident was caused by the motorist and to label them a felon is wrong. What if a cyclist causes the accident by blindly pulling out into traffic and gets run down because the motorist couldn't stop thier vehicle in time. As an avid cyclist, but also one who has made a living driving I see both sides of the issue.
