Clothes are wool, wool is hair, shampoo is for washing hair! %^) Like Moni, the only soap/detergent I carry is a shampoo. I prefer the generic baby shampoo/body wash. If available, I sometimes use soap for non-wool clothing and myself. But I *always* use the baby wash for my wool items. For my pan, spoon, cup, and bowl, I usually don't need any soap. I scrape, rinse, repeat, until they are clean then air dry. If I'm boiling water, I sanitize my spoon, cup and bowl by dipping or pouring boiling water over them. I don't generally cook anything that has a lot of grease or would require scrubbing. But If I did, I would carry a Scotch-Bright pad and use a small about of baby wash to help cut the grease. Jon
