Back in the garage this morning and started from scratch.   While 
attempting to re-balance the carbs I noticed #3/4 weren't sucking as 
hard as #1/2.  I could even place my hand over one of the throats and 
the engine wouldn't stumble or die.  I ran a compression test and found  
#1/2 where at 150psi and #3/4 where at 110psi.  Ugh.  I'm going to give 
up for the day and pay someone to tell me what's wrong.
