Just passed MOT - BUT emissions on (kit built car from new parts - ie No
Catalytic) was
0.95 parts per wottsit (should be <0.3 parts per wottsit) as of next year I'm
informed
that 0.3 has to be met & that the MOT (& therefore emission test) is to be
done 'on
line' with the download straight to the DVLC............

(does that mean we all need to have a test with a Cathlic converter) & wot if
you're stopped in Tesco's carpark ???????
