I've got a few questions, Tor: -- what's the sample frequency? -- how long can recording last? -- what's the connection to the PC? Serial? -- can I get a real-time output of the sensor readings, e.g. over the serial link? -- can the laptimer be triggered by a button (IR beacons being banned at most trackdays)? I too am interested in buying one of your gadgets (and I'm an all-year Sevener so I'd make a good beta tester! And I've got a decent digital camera...) I have considered building something like this, but you're already a lot further than I probably ever would get. I also have a request / hint: how about storing the files in some text-based format (doesn't have to be XML, although that would be trendy)? This would allow the hackers amongst us to make up for any features that you might miss out (although there doesn't seem to be much scope for that, since dash7 does absolutely everything as standard). I'll just reiterate, Tor, this looks absolutely superb!
