>>>Yes! At last someone who thinks this is a valid point... In fact this is currently the only trigger, but I'm looking into a receiver. If I go for one of the most common frequencies I don't have to make a sender. >>> Hi, Yes it is a valid point, but leans towards the trackday market and the UK in particular. When racing / testing I put a beacon out (Or check that someone else has) *every* time. Also, in Scandinavia AFAIK, there are no restrictions on use of timing equipment on track days, certainly not in Finland and I'm 99% sure its the same in Sweden. If you need one Tor, I can lend you my Rollcentre Laptimer beacon for analysis. I also have a beacon from a MyChron too. Rollcentre sell their beacons seperately for 40 quid plus VAT. And I know they do deals for even modest numbers. I bought half a dozen T100's and got a chunky discount. So if you used theirs and sold a decent number you could expect to get the beacons for about 30 quid I would guess........ http://www.rollcentre.co.uk/html/t200_lap_timer.html Vinnie ------------------------------------------------- To manage your subscription options visit :- http://mailman.se7ens.net/mailman/listinfo/sevens
