Because it's in bits of course.  You can't afford to spend 6 months
rebuilding it in the summer as there are too many events.  My other half
said last year about this time "it's gone freezing cold and pitch dark all
evening lately, isn't it time you started spending 4 hours a night in the
garage?"  So true!
