I bought some vac-formed ones from merlin I think, then made some moulds
from them.  TBH vac forming looks like the ideal way of knocking them 
for practically zero cost.  I'm sure that you're thinking of CF ones,
the manufacturing of which was something that Steve and I mulled briefly.
The conclusion then was that a minimum wager left to their own devices 
in your kitchen could knock about 30 out per day of good quality pre-preg,
each weighing in at a tiny number of grams each.  Neither of us though
could be arsed to pursue it at the time though :)
