HPC wheels

Thanks all for your suggestions, I have now found blatchat. I am new to all
this stuff 7 like after all.

As for the wheel sizes, I have two sets of 13 inch wheels with slicks and
wets for the serious stuff just wanted some 16's for the road. I think they
look nicer, not to mention filling my long cycle wings better.
