RE: OT: Merc SLK200ML out, what in?

Emma has recently got a 2000 model MX-5 and I was pleasantly surprised. If
you try to ignore the hairdresser image it's a great little car. Levels of
acceleration and grip will seem mediocre to anyone who has been numbed by a
se7en but the car is so user friendly you can just jump in and drive it to
its limits. Comfort and ride are pretty good too with just a little scuttle
shake which disappears if you fit a hard top, as I recently discovered.
There's plenty of storage space and I'd have no problems using one as a
daily driver.

Shame I'm not allowed to fettle it. A BBR turbo kit would be the icing on
the cake.
