brake circuits

Hi everybody

need some advice 

doing the brakes on my striker and am using the identical sierra system, except for the front brakes where the sierra has two ports, one for each front wheel, the manufacture is saying to use one port to supply the front wheels using a T adaptor and use the other port to put the brake light sensor in.

is this going to be as good as the standard system, is it going to reduce feel as i've got the oil moving in a restricted circuit, is this a widely used system.

any help would be cool
