RE: brake circuits

What are you concerned with, supplying both front brakes from one port or
using a hydraulic brake light switch?

If it's supplying both brakes from one port via a tee piece then don't
worry, this is normal practice on practically every car, it works fine.  The
pipe just really transfers pressure from the master cylinder to the caliper,
the amount of fluid moving actually moving though the pipe is very small so
a single pipe is OK.  F1 cars use a -2 pipe which is smaller than the -3
used on virtually every car so if it's OK for them you'll be OK.

If you're worried about hydraulic brake light switches then I don't think
there's any problem with pedal feel as the fluid movement is small to
trigger it.  But there have been concerns in that they often don't trigger
until you really stand on the pedal, so if you're pottering round town and
just braking slowly to a halt you may not trigger the brake lights.  So if
it were me I'd fit a more common mechanical switch on the pedal for the
brake lights and blank off the second port on the master cylinder.
