Re: SVA Rules

Much of the general test is on the SVA website, I haven't found the specific 
rule book though.  I spoke to one of the actual testers at the Bristol test 
station and he was much more useful on specific issues and helpful vis: "if 
we find anything wrong you can fix it whilst we do the rest of the test" 
etc.  Didn't get his name but ask the receptionist girls to let you speak to 
the tester chaps.
