Re: A bit OT- Toyota 2zz-GE

I recently read that Lotus is homologating the Elise/Exige for the US of A
with the Toyota 2 ZZ-GE VVLT-i engine
This is the same engine that Caterham SA is installing in the SV Caterham
that is being planned for a race series here ( been taking it's time to get
off the ground, though)
Does anybody have any insight in the future plans for the continued use of
the K series in both these applications?

As an aside, a fellow racer had ordered ( and paid the dep)for one of these
at the end of 2002. Delivery is now (apparently ) only days away. In the
meantime he had a very rapid FVH 7 - with  20V 4-AGE  built  in April 2003,
which he had been racing for about 6 months now.
