The Tango Festival of VENTABREN-AIX en PROVENCE will be a event, the first in this area zone. 
Ventabren is 10 km from Aix en Provence, the ancient capital of the province, which is a beautiful city, and 30 KM from the port of Marseilles. You can see off the mountain Sainte-Victoire, painted by Paul Cézanne, painter, known around the world.

The maestro FABIAN SALAS is a very famous dancer and teacher (film : « the tango lesson »). We are very happy for his coming, from BUENOS AIRES with LOLA DIAZ . (you can read CV in English for Fabian and Lola in this site)
Another pair of dancers come from MADRID, FERNANDO NAHMIJAS withVALERIA CUENCA .Three other pairs of dancers and teachers will be present, from Aix en Provence and Marseille,

Fabian Salas is an internationally renowned tango dancer, teacher, researcher and choreographer, famed for his distinctive approach to the dance.
Born in 1963 in La Plata, capital of the Buenos Aires province, Fabian was educated in both Argentina and the US, trained as a lawyer and moved to the city of Buenos Aires to practice law and dance the tango in 1988.
By 1992, Fabian had begun touring the world as a tango teacher becoming then, one of the first professional touring teachers in history and opening in such way, many doors to others who later decided to join this activity. In 1995 he started an investigation group which lead to the development of a revolutionary way of understanding, teaching and dancing the tango. In 1996, Fabian took part in the filming of the motion picture "Evita", and a year later was one of the main dancers in the award-winning film "The Tango Lesson".
Fabian runs the tango education organizations Cosmotango and TangoPal and has created a series of instructional videos to teach authentic Tango in 10 easy lessons. He is also the organizer and director of the CITA (Congreso Internacional de Tango Argentino) the world's most important annual tango event, which brings together tango lovers, practitioners and leading tango artists in the Argentine capital.
Currently he is partnered by Lola Díaz who has participated in several Tango productions of which the most important are: âLa hora del Tangoâ Festival Classico Pompeiano 2007, principal role and choreography assistant of the Clip âNexusâ 2007,  principal role and choreographer (Tango y Ballet) of âTango Herejeâ 2006. Program, Costs and Registration (This program can be modified) 

Costs lessons and pass milongas: 

 lesson : 25 euros     lesson initiation: 5 euros
but if registration and payment are received before february, 28, 2012,      : 22 euros 

For those interrested in milongas only: Pass milongas (2) et despedida : 25 euros for 3

Lessons (excepted initiation) with 15 pairs of dancers maxi : limited number !!! Therefore it's very important for you a quick registration, because they will be recorded as and when they are received with payment.
Checks will be cashed after March 31. 
For people from other countries that FRANCE, lessons and milongas must be paid in cash. You can send a check for your registration, and you will be given at the time of the festival, when you pay cash.
Registration of individuals must be paid and will be on the waiting list.
