Re: Engine oil drain valves any good?

I second the greatness of the Fumoto valve on my Subaru!
It's really nice and avoids the hassles of burning my fingers on the
plug and/or dropping it into the oil pan.

I bought another Fumoto valve and tried to put it on the SV, but
unfortunately the SV has a raised bit of metal in front of where the
oil plug goes that prevents the fumoto valve from screwing in all the
way.

I could probably grind down the metal and put on the fumoto, but I'm
too lazy. (Anyone want to buy a cheap fumoto valve for the SV? )
