Part of it anyway.
 A few months ago I bought an LED tail light from High Tech Speed (
http://www.hightechspeed.com/products/97-SUZ-TLRSV/index.shtml ).  It does
the first couple of items; strobing, then flashing when braking, and the
turn signals.  I will ask them about flashing a smiley when scraping pegs
and the data transfer.
 I really like the tail light and the install was not too difficult
