Thanks Russ, that's nice to hear.

I have no doubts that my sliders saved both my radiator and gas tank and
undoubtedly other expensive parts that I won't have to replace this weekend.
There is one concern, probably unfounded, but the bike still takes a pretty
good hit with sliders on and in my case, that force it transferred directly
to one of the main engine bolts. Ultimately, the cost of replacing the
radiator, tank, and god knows what else makes it worth it. I'll never know
if my motor took a bigger hit (and damage) than it would have otherwise.
With the noise the engine is now making, I'm a little suspect. In any
case, my bike would have been totally fooked up without them and I'm just
glad I didn't crash on my M4... the sliders + a little luck and the damage
can be less than 100 dollars..
