I'm a uhh... late 30's pudgy baldy guy that's going to pick up a
custom Vanson street/track 2-piece this weekend. I'll let you know how
those work out.

You didnt mention where you lived - Vanson has a few locations where
they send their own reps out on a regular basis to do fitting
sessions. I ordered mine from Scuderia in San Francisco last Nov (and
they're just now done) and the fitting took about 30 minutes and they
take some 4 pages of measurements. I ordered classic black, but
they've got a wide variety of colors and plenty of pocket/patch/vent
options available.

Before you go off on some Kill Bill yellow suit, remember, she's got
like a 22" waistline - it doesn't take much in neon yellow to go from
svelte ninja to humpty dumpty :)

I like that the engine complains but still works around my bad gear selections. any way I got a textile icon jacket and some gortex technic pants. this combo will get me by but I am starting to think about a set of leathers. Frankly speaking, most leathers on the market are hideously ugly. I want a set of leathers that is mainly one color. think Uma thurman in kill bill. sadly I will blow your line of thinking by saying i am a pudgy baldy 31 yr old dude. basicly simply but a bright color. any one have any tips on a custom leather shop or possible a manufacturer that makes simply and bright.
