Not really sure if its stuck or not but I assume it is or it would not
have  pulled  off.  Rather  than actually being stuck tight, it may be
just  a  matter  of not being able to get a good grip on it to pull it
out.  I suggested making a hook with coat hanger wire or blowing it out
with  compressed  air.  I  was  hoping somebody here had run into this
problem before and had figured out a solution.
