GMRS beats out FRS for range, but you need an FCC license (easy to get) to
use them.  I've got some Motorolas and I'm happy with them.  Be aware that
the range listed on the packages is BEST CASE...like clear line of sight, in
outer space, with both of you facing each other correctly. :)

Anybody have any opinions on two way radios?  I'm going to get the Starcom1
communications system and haven't picked out the radios yet for bike to
