If you're planning to commute, take a look at a one-piece aerostich.
It's tops for safety (out here it's the only non-leather suit you can
use on a track) and you can get in or out of one in under a minute. It
breathes well in the summer with the vents open and can be warm in the
winter with an underlayer. As far as one solution to rule them all it'd
