Terrific report Eric! Glad it went so well, welcome to the ranks of
the track addicted. My first TD experience was very similar, although
it was just an open day, no formal schooling or even control riders. I
did have the great fortune to get some help from a local racer, a
WERA 2004 class champ as a matter of fact, who volunteered to lead me
aroubd for a few laps as well as follow me for a few and give
pointers.

For me the people and overall environment were also quite wonderful and
now after 8 track days I have a bunch of great new friendships that go
above and beyond track days.
