Well, that's the final word, then.  As we all know,
salespeople all, absolutely without exception, receive
intensive training, roughly the equivalent of three
graduate courses in engineering plus a residency in
neurosurgery, so that each and every word they speak can
be trusted completely to be 100% accurate. =20
