I have one on my first gen. It's nice. I forget what company it is from (Carbotex or something like that) as I bought it way back in 2000. It's okay, held up decently. Some minor spider cracking and some fraying around the edges. But also it's seen plenty of rough miles (riding in the rain, dirt etc...) Would I get another one for any other bike???? Nope. I'd go with fiberglass or a really nice carbon look one. The real deal, is cool and all.. .but it's not durable enough on a daily rider. Maybe a weekend warrior who washes all the time and only rides in the sun. Ehh... Good luck and the best place to find is over on eBay or go to the "street fighter" sites so popular in Europe. I bnought mine from one of those guys= . ~Mike On 3/10/06, Erik Weber <[email protected]> wrote: > > Search for "rear hugger" on ebay, or just search for "SV650" and go > through > every page.
