CORRECTION: Several people have noted that in my previous gallery/photo post ("RRESO - Gazos Creek Trail - GDG"), the trail I was on was actually the Los Gatos Creek Trail, not the Gazos Creek Trail. Absolutely correct … I even knew that, but had a brain hiccup when preparing the photos and writing the little article.
DoH! Sorry for the confusion.

I was downtown in San Jose for a walk and afternoon coffee at Caffe Frascati yesterday. I made nine photos in my short walk around the neighborhood, mostly playing with shapes and spaces, objects and people:

All were made with the old Elmarit-R 19mm f/2.8 v1 lens fitted on the Leica CL body. It is a somewhat bulky lens but handles nicely even on the small CL body, and I'm quite happy with its rendering qualities and sharpness.
