I don't know about the config of the files
on radio reference website. You will need
to do a little homework on that part.
The most popular BC250 programming software
has to be ARC-250. You can download a demo
version from this website. It works pretty
nicely, not too many quirks. You can
copy and paste freq's into it from many
sources.
