Problem with the trunk tracking and now everything

Hi, maybe someone can help me here. I have had the bc250 (no digital
card installed) for a few years now and have used it for conventional
and trunked (Suffolk County PD in New York)scanning. I recently
noticed that the trunked system stopped tracking the transmissions and
I was only able to hear SCPD if I was scanning conventional. I checked
my settings, no delay, and reloaded all the ID's and frequencies using
ARC250. Now I appear to not be receiving any transmissions on any band
or frequency including low 46.00 (step 10), 155 mhz (step 5) and 400
up to 800 mhz (step 12.5). My first impression is that SCPD may have
instituted the use of the APCO P25 system with there trunked
transmissions and thats what I couldnt follow. But now Ive got nada.
