I just got off the phone with Parts and Service at Uniden. Their
normal turnaround is 10-15 days from receipt of scanner. The normal
service charge for repair including shipping is $57.50. I spoke to
them about what was going on and they said to ship it in. Wouldnt you
know, no sooner than I hung up the phone. I just happend to do another
hard reset, disconnected and reconnected the battery and it started
working!!!!. Now I can again focus on trying to get it to trunk track
again..lol.
