It finally happened to me yesterday. After almost two years I dropped my 250d and the on/off knob snapped off. Could someone send the the name, adddress, etc. for repair. How much money do I send. Do I need to call first?

If you have come here to find out about the 250D you have come to the right place! In fact the discussion of the BC-250D and how it works is the only acceptable topic on this list. Any discussion about anything other than the BC-250D is OFF TOPIC. I hope this is clear to all group members..
