Apco card failure

Hi There, did all those things, I CLEANED the contacts, Reseated the card, followed the Uniden inst for enabeling the card. It states on the screen "No card Installed" All the other functions work and other trunked systems are fine.
This hasnt been dropped or exposed to harsh moisture or checmicals. Hoping that temp change didnt burst a component.
