Hi Bob,

I think at this point you need to determine whether the APCO card is causing
the problem or the unit itself is causing the problem. I would either send
the unit back to Uniden or find someone in your area that has the same Radio
(but working of course) so you can swap the APCO card etc. to determine
where the problem really lies. That and taking my other suggestion making
sure that the APCO card is ENABLED via the software menus.
