You need to work off menu button. Choose the system type,then program the frequencies. Motorola,you can select control channel only,Edacs start with ch1 and put the frequencies in specific order,Ltr,put channels in order.once done,hit the search button to hear the active talkgroups. Choose the ones you want to monitor by hiyying trunk button to store the ids in memory. Good luck and hope it helped.
