Since you have verified that APCO 25 card is indeed functioning I would go
here to Radio Reference http://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?sid=4275 and
Make sure you have *all* of the frequencies for the P-25 trunking system
you're trying to monitor there in Rhode Island are entered correctly into
the bank your going to use. (I use Butel Arc250) Also, verify the the
spacing for the P-25 system and make sure it is entered correctly in your
250D.
