Re: APCO Channels

   Well thanks. The concensus seems to be getting the ARC250 software 
and programing the scanner through the PC. I will order the software 
immeadiatly and wait patiently for it. It will give me a chance to look 
one more time through my mountain of cables and see if the original 
made the trip to RI. Since I doubt that it did, are their any local 
scanner dealers in RI that you might suggest? I have save all of the 
posts so far and may take another crack at programing it sans PC. It 
beats the alternative of throwing the thing into the Atlantic out of 
frustration. Thanks agaon to all who have responded so far. Since no 
one said, "the scanner is junk, dump it" I have renewed faith that I 
might actually hear it working APCO style soon. I will keep updating 
this post with my result.
