Oops, my bad. Read the book Brian. I found the answer to my latest stupid question by reading the PDF that is my only remaining manual. It's amazing the things you can find if you open your eyes. My software and cable arrived on Friday. Now all I need is the adapter and I should be on my way. My Sony desktop which is new has no serial port either so I'm at the mercy of the adapter. We have a big storm coming and I thought that being housebound with new software would be a good opportunity to try things out. Anyway, thanks again for all the help and I wikk let you know if I ever hear the Westerly PD. Brian In [email protected], zaxdad6@... wrote: > > Mission accomplished on the reset.
