Wow Robert, I'm afraid finding an APCO-25 card for your 250D is going to be
a difficult task. With people wanting to go digital as cheap as possible the
250D is\was one the the top choices that last few years of digital scanner
bargain hunters. I just did a quick search on EBAY and saw zilch regarding
the 250D let alone specifically the APCO 25 card.

You might try posting to the forum on Radio Reference and see if you have
any luck. wwwradioreference.com
