I am sorry that you retracted your bids -

 

I do not take it to kindly that someone with no feedback and a brand new
account has bid so high on my item. 

 

Unfortunately I do not have any reasoning behind this matter and would
appreciate your response in an e-mail.

 

I do feel slightly disrespected but I do understand you feel it's
suspicious, however this is not my doing.

 

I will be awaiting to see if the buyer has an account and verifiable means
of payment. If not, he will not receive not even a packing popcorn from me. 

 

In fact - I was really looking forward to checking up the Canadian
frequencies and doing the personal programming for you and - in good faith -
if the person does not qualify I hope that we can possibly find other means
of doing business.

 

Please respond - this is not my doing. Write me back so we can talk. I
actually am worried about the fact this person has no feedback and truly
need your opinion on what to do in the next hour. 

 

Please write me back Sir. I am a good person and in an honest family and
feel pretty damn awful that you think that I would do something like this.
