Actuly If you look on the Radio you should see sn "ENC" This meens the signal is encripted. I know all the Radios here in Lane County use a APCO P25 Trunked and with Motorola Encription. The only way to decript the signal is with a Motorola Decriptor, Thus the 250D is unable to do this. You should also know that decripting code is illegal
