The reason you can not get much for this scanner is due to the 800 MHz Public safety rebanding that is currently going on. This scanner is not a reprogrammable scanner and will only work in small areas that are still using 108MHz-512MHz range and that do not use the 800MHz band. So even if you had the digital card you still would not get much for this scanner. I would believe that $100-$150 would be about the best you will get for this even though it was $350 brand new. If you can find someone to give you more I would jump on the chance because the closer it gets to the total rebanding project being done the less you will get for this scanner.
